have to be difficult.
Our ”Pulse” exercise programme is a circuit training programme
which consists of a number of stations, half of which are strength training
machines and half of are aerobic exercise machines so that you improve fitness,
burn fat and develop muscle at the same time. You spend 30 seconds at each
station. And the fact that the whole programme takes just 30 minutes means you
still have time for other things (such as eating lunch if you exercise at lunch
time). You can join the circuit training whenever you like and there are never
queues for a particular machine.
Working out doesn't have to be a major
project. Better 30 minutes three times a week than two hours once a week. You
recognise the music and the exercise is adapted to your particular requirements.
